Kevin Randolph

Kevin Randolph, Vice President of Finance, is a strategic leader with nearly 15 years of experience in private equity, corporate development, and operational finance for government and technology-enabled businesses.

At MetroStar, he leads strategic finance initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and capital planning. He aligns finance, strategy, and operations to support disciplined and clear organizational growth.

Most recently, Randolph was Principal at Blue Delta Capital Partners, focusing on investments in government services and technology businesses. He contributed across the investment lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, transaction structuring, and post-close growth, partnering with management teams to enhance financial management, performance visibility, and operating discipline.

Earlier, Randolph was part of the Corporate Development team at MAXIMUS, Inc. (NYSE: MMS), supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments across all segments and regions. He also held roles in the company’s FP&A organization, focusing on corporate finance and pricing.
