Kevin Mitchell

Kevin Mitchell, Distinguished Technical Fellow, is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in IT, combining technical expertise with strong leadership in people, financial management, and system architecture. Kevin consistently delivers results across complex technical landscapes, including large-scale distributed software systems, cloud, APIs, application and data integration, and performance engineering.

Before joining MetroStar, Kevin was a Technology VP at General Dynamics Information Technology, leading technical solutions within a division CTO organization. With an M.S. in Operations Research from George Mason University and a B.S. with Distinction in Operations Research from Cornell University, Kevin’s passion for innovation and excellence drives him to shape the future of technology at MetroStar.
