Debbie Peterson

Debbie Peterson currently serves as MetroStar’s Sr. Vice President of People & Culture, overseeing People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and the MidWest Expansion. Throughout her nine-year tenure with MetroStar, she has served in various capacities, including proposals, marketing, and as Chief of Staff. Under her leadership, she has helped MetroStar navigate periods of hyper-growth by maturing the organization’s people strategy to provide clear career plans, improved access to mental and physical health resources, and a renewed commitment to the DE&I strategy and accountability.
