Danielle Tyler, Sr. Director of Contracts, possesses over 15 years of experience with the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and private equity-backed defense platforms. She serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, recognized for aligning legal and compliance functions with organizational growth objectives. Tyler has directed enterprise risk assessments, complex internal investigations, cost accounting reviews, and international compliance programs, and has established corporate infrastructure to enable scalable operations in highly regulated environments.
Previously, Tyler served as Chief Compliance Officer at Accelint Holdings, where she developed and implemented enterprise-wide regulatory, governance, and risk management frameworks for a multi-entity defense portfolio.
Tyler also served as Sr. Vice President of Operations at Systems Innovation Engineering (SIE), where she directed legal, contracts, and operational strategy during a period of rapid growth that resulted in a successful private equity acquisition. Earlier in her federal career, she held senior contracting leadership positions at NAVSEA and the Department of Homeland Security, managing multi-billion-dollar acquisition portfolios in support of national security missions.
Tyler holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
