As a cloud acquisition vehicle, STRATUS will be aligned with the USDA and Digital Infrastructure Services Center (DISC) IT governance model, emerging cloud operating models, and vision for a true Digital Enterprise.

The USDA STRATUS Cloud BOA consists of three pools of services and vendors. MetroStar is assigned Pool 2: Integration and Development. Services are expected to include application and other cloud-related development, application and infrastructure sustainment and maintenance, security management, and managed services.​
