Overview

Team MetroIBR will support the CHEC modernization effort including migration of the application and interfaces to the AWS GovCloud, PHP Laravel code refactoring, and database conversion to Aurora PostgreSQL, while continuing operations and maintenance of the current on-premises system.

Primary Objectives

Primary Objectives:

Provide a smooth and timely transition of ownership of the CHEC system from the current Contractor.
Provide configuration management support.
Provide technical writing support services.
Provide software design and development support of CHEC.
Provide software testing support and ensure that the CHEC system meets its customers’ requirements and are traceable through the design process and verified through testing
Provide security analyst support services.
Perform and assist Census staff members with performing verification and validation of the CHEC application/support system ensuring compliance with and meeting the FISMA and Census’ IT Security Program requirements.
Support CHEC project close-out activities.
