Jeff Cohen, Vice President of Proposal Operations, is a high performer with over 35 years of leadership and team-building experience, working with teams ranging in size from 5 to 500. As a retired Air Force Colonel, he has served at many levels during combat operations, including squadron/wing, Major Command, Combatant Command, and the Joint Task Force. At MetroStar, Cohen is an innovative thinker who challenges convention and sustains proposal developments in the industry.
